About Me
Victoria is an emergency physician and medical educator.
She works at the Gold Coast, Australia – in the Emergency Department of the Gold Coast Health Service, and at Bond University where she is the Director of the Translational Simulation Collaborative.
Victoria’s main interests are simulation for healthcare improvement and high-performance teamwork. She aims to bring healthcare ‘tribes’ together for better patient care. Victoria is a leader in faculty development for healthcare simulation and medical education - through her work at the Gold Coast and with the Harvard Macy Institute
Victoria is an enthusiast in the social media and FOAMed world. she is a co-producer of Simulcast, a leading podcast for the healthcare simulation community
